1 injunction, only insofar as they are doing business in the State of <br /> 2 California and confined to defendants ' circuit board manufacturing <br /> 3 activities in the County of San Joaquin and elsewhere in the State <br /> 4 of California. <br /> 5 3 . Defendants, in the course of defendants ' circuit board <br /> 6 manufacturing business, are pursuant to Business and Professions <br /> 7 Code, § 17204 and Health and Safety Code 925184 hereby permanently <br /> 8 enjoined from: <br /> 9 a) Violation of the Uniform Building Code, Fire Code, <br /> 10 Planning Code and Electrical Code. <br /> 11 b) Violation of the laws governing handling of hazardous <br /> 12 materials and hazardous waste. <br /> 13 c) Violation of pre treatment standards as adopted by the <br /> 14 City of Stockton. <br /> 15 4 . Defendant R.V. CIRCUITS, INC. shall pay to plaintiff the <br /> 16 sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10, 000. 00) , as and for civil <br /> 17 penalties, pursuant to Business & Professions Code § 17206 . Said <br /> 18 payment shall be due and payable to the Treasurer of San Joaquin <br /> 19 County and delivered to the Office of the San Joaquin County <br /> 20 District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before <br /> 21 June 30, 1994 . <br /> 22 5. Defendant R.V. CIRCUITS, INC. shall pay to plaintiff the <br /> 23 sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($80, 000. 00) , as and for civil <br /> 24 penalties, pursuant to Health and Safety Code §25189 .
