Box 806 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 <br /> Dear Permit by Rule Unit <br /> Subject: Certification of Closure of PBR unit at Stockton Plating <br /> This letter is to certify that in my professional opinion the PBR treatment facilities of <br /> Stockton Plating facilities located at 632 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95203 are <br /> closed in a manner that eliminates any present or future risk to public health and safety or the <br /> environment from the permitted treatment process and any past activities associated with the <br /> treatment process. <br /> The people involved in the treatment unit closure work were Bob Huntley, Del Parks, Mike <br /> Fritch, Scott Vallery and Bill Huntley all of Stockton Plating. The equipment was sold or <br /> scrapped as hazardous waste. All residuals such as liquids and sludge were managed as <br /> hazardous waste. All hazardous waste was manifested and shipped to a permitted hazardous <br /> waste disposal facility. <br /> I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under my <br /> direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified <br /> personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted. Based on my inquiry of <br /> the person or persons who manage the system, or those person directly responsible for <br /> gathering the information, the information submitted, is to the best of my knowledge and <br /> belief, true, accurate, and complete.
