Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Reference: Permit By Rule: Fixed Treatment Units (FTU) <br /> Dear Sir: <br /> As required by Title 22, California Code of Regulations (CCR) , <br /> Section 67460.2 (6) (3) (B) , this will serve to notify you of our <br /> application for continued operation of the following FTU's at the <br /> above address: <br /> 1) Treatment, by neutralization, of spent caustic <br /> cleaning solution from food manufacturing sanitation <br /> operations with discharge of the final neutralized <br /> waste to the City of Ripon industrial sewerage system. <br /> 2) Treatment, by neutralization, of spent acid cleaning <br /> solution from food manufacturing sanitation operations <br /> with discharge of the final neutralized waste to the <br /> City of Ripon industrial sewerage system. <br /> 3) Separation of drainage line sedimentation containing <br /> oil and grease by gravity phase separation. <br /> 4) Removal of certain volatile organic chemicals (primarily <br /> trichloroethene) from ground water using activated <br /> carbon, under hazardous waste manifest, for off-site, <br /> third party reactivation and reuse. <br /> Permit by Rule Form 8462 was filed for these operation on or <br /> before February 01, 1992 and Forms 8462A and 8462B will be filed <br /> on or before April 01, 1992. <br />
