*Moe *1,/ <br /> PERMIT NO. 92-5 <br /> CONDITIONS : <br /> 1 . Maximum day discharge shall not exceed 10 , 000 gallons/day. <br /> 2 . Allowable pH range 6 . 0 - 10 . 0 <br /> 3 . The Olin Corporation discharge must be in compliance with <br /> City of Manteca Industrial Waste Ordinance No. 644 (Copy <br /> Attached) . <br /> 4 . The permittee shall be responsible for a self monitoring <br /> program and shall submit the following reports: <br /> A monthly report, submitted by no later than the tenth day of <br /> each month for the preceding months discharge , which includes <br /> the following information; <br /> a. Reporting Period <br /> b. Average daily flow for the reporting period <br /> c. Maximum day flow for the reporting period <br /> d. pH range during reporting period <br /> e. Total Toxic Organics Certification Statement in <br /> accordance with EPA Effluent Guidelines and Standards <br /> for Metal Finishing <br /> A quarterly report which includes the results of testing for the <br /> pollutants listed on the attached Exhibit A. The reports shall <br /> be submitted to the City of Manteca Public Works Department no <br /> later than January 15 , April 15 , July 15 , and October 15 of each <br /> year. <br /> 5 . The permittee shall maintain a log of pretreatment operations <br /> and events . The log shall be available for periodic review by <br /> the Director of Public Works or his designee. <br /> 6 . The permittee shall keep the pH strip charts on file for <br /> periodic review by the Director of Public Works or his designee . <br /> 7 .
