Assign your own unique number to each <br /> unit. The number can be sequential (1, 2, 3) or you may use any system you choose. <br /> This category is only available to generators that treat lets than 55 gallons or 500 pounds ofhazardous wasteer in any 6lendar month <br /> in ALL units at this facility and that are not otherwise required to obtain a hazardous waste facilitiespermit. '/his volume limit applies <br /> to the TOTAL hazardous waste treated onsite in any calendar month, and is NOT a limii for each wastestream or unit separately. <br /> The wastestreams treated must be limited to those listed in title 22, CCR, section 67450.11, which are also listed below. <br /> Enter the estimated monthly total volume of hazardous waste treated by this unit. This should be the maximum or highest amount <br /> treated in any month. Indicate in the narrative (Section 11) if your operations have seasonal variations. <br /> 1. Precipitation or crystallization. <br /> c. Phase separation by filtration, centrifugation, or gravity settling. <br /> ❑ d. Ion exchange. <br /> ❑ e. Reverse osmosis. <br /> ❑ f. Metallic replacement. <br /> ❑ g. Plating the metal onto an electrode. <br /> ❑ h. Electrodialysis. <br /> ❑ i. Electrowinning or electrolytic recovery. - <br /> ❑ j.
