These units are authorized by California law without additional <br /> Department action. Your authorization to operate continues until you <br /> notify DTSC that you have stopped treating waste and have fully closed <br /> the unit(s) . DTSC has revised its database records to reflect your <br /> status and has notified the Board of Equalization (BOE) .
