No land treatment or treatment of waste piles are <br /> allowed under PBR. All containers used for treatment under PBR <br /> require secondary containment. Tanks treating or storing hazardous <br /> waste require either a tank integrity assessment or secondary <br /> containment as specified in the regulations . Failure to comply <br /> with these requirements will render this authorization to operate <br /> null and void and could result in an enforcement action. <br /> It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all <br /> applicable laws and regulations .
