NO AUTHORIZATION IS NEEDED to neutralize acidic or alkaline (base) wastes from the regeneration of <br /> ion exchange media used to demineralize water. (To he eligible for this exemption, this waste cannot contain <br /> more than 10 percent acid or base by weight.) (Effective Januan 1. 1995). <br /> 6. NO AUTHORIZATION IS NEEDED to neutralize acidic or alkaline (baser wastes from the food processing <br /> mdustn. (Effective Januan 1, 1996). <br /> Recovery of silver from photofinishing.
