BASE FOR NOT NEEDING A FEDERAL PERMIT: <br /> In order to demonstrate etigibilityfor one of the onsite treatment tiers,facilities are required to provide the basis for determining that <br /> a hazardous waste permit is not required under the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCR4) and the federal <br /> regulations adopted under RCRA (Mle 40, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)). <br /> Choose the reasons) that describe the operation of your onsite treatment units; <br /> ❑ 1. The waste is treated in a totally enclosed treatment facility as defined in 40 CPR Part 260.10:40 CFR 264_I(g)(5). <br /> ❑ S.
