Violation 113: When you say include a statement do you mean just put a simple explanation that says that we have the copies? And would I put this statement on the same paper that I filled out for the corrections? Violation 301: 1 apologize for not clarifying better, the dirt with the spilled oil was shoveled out and put into a sealed container. I meant to ask you how we should dispose of the contaminated dirt but forgot about it. The rest of the shoveled area was filled in with more dirt. Violation 403: Yes, I did mean that it was disposed into the used oil container. Also yes the oil pans and buckets were cleaned out. Should I go ahead and make a new copy of the paperwork with updated corrections? Let me know if I can get you anything else as well! I have closed out violation 605, the following violations require additional information: Violation 113: Can you provide a statement that mentions that Boersma Farms keeps a copy of all its manifest and will continue to do so as a business practice?This response will help close out this violation. Violation 301: Your response states that "the spilled oil was shoveled out and the rest of the surround area was cleaned." How was the shoveled out soil contaminated with oil managed?What was used to clean the surrounding area and how were the cleaning materials managed afterwards? i
