District Attorney's Office****"(see below) $ 82,025.00 <br />Total - Prosecutor Costs $ 241,525.00 <br />* PLACER: The money paid to the Placer County District Attorney as costs, pursuant to this stipulation, shall be <br />for the sole and exclusive use of the District Attorney as reimbursement for costs expended in the enforcement of <br />the consumer protection and environmental laws and in no manner shall supplant or cause any reduction of any <br />portion of the District Attorney's budget. <br />' RIVERSIDE Costs: "Defendant" shall pay $9,300.00 as costs to the Riverside County District Attorney's Office. <br />Said sum will be paid in the form of a check made payable to the District Attorney, County of Riverside. <br />' SACRAMENTO: The money paid to the Sacramento District Attorney as costs, pursuant to this stipulation, <br />shall be for the sole and exclusive use of the District Attorney as reimbursement for costs expended in the <br />enforcement of the consumer protection and environmental laws and in no manner shall supplant or cause any <br />reduction of any portion of the District Attorney's budget. <br />**"* SAN BERNARDINO: $900.00 is to be allocated for SWCPP costs and distributed as such. <br />***** SAN JOAQUIN: The money paid to the San Joaquin District Attorney as costs, pursuant to this stipulation, <br />shall be for the sole and exclusive use of the District Attorney as reimbursement for costs expended in the <br />enforcement of the consumer protection and environmental laws and in no manner shall supplant or cause any <br />reduction of any portion of the District Attorney's budget. <br />YOLO: This money shall be paid in two separate checks: (1) one check addressed to the Yolo County <br />District Attorney's Office in the amount of $69,762.50, and (2) one check addressed to the Craig Thompson <br />Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund in the amount of $12,262.50.
