An inspection was last done on August 2, 2018 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by September 1, 2018 . This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. This is a Class II violation. 318 CCR 2666(c), 2643(c)(1) Leak detector failed to detect a 3.0 gallons per hour leak at 10 pounds per square inch. The 87 VMI line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. A line leak detector shall be capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10psi. The service technician replace the leak detector with a new one , retested it and it passed. This was corrected on site. This is a minor violation.
