® Re : Item #320 — Failure to comply with the installation, inspection, or record
keeping of the overfill prevention.
o The attached quote describes the steps we intend to take to remedy this
violation .
o The attached timeline provided by Bagley Enterprises will exceed the
30 days originally granted at the time of the inspection, but indicates
that we are aggressively working to resolve the violation. The start date
is dependent on the receipt of the permit.
o Bagley Enterprises re-visted the site on 2/8/ 19 and was successful at
removing the 87 Octane overfill prevention valve to inspect and test as
mandated by the State . The valve was tested and inspected and found
to be functioning within the 90 to 95 % of tank campacity parameters
set forth by the state . Therefore, there is no need for the valve to be
replaced .
The above referenced updates are being submitted to EHD for approval . If you have
any further questions or concerns related to the District Service Center inspection, I
can be reached at (209) 830 - 3216 .
Sincerely,
Anthony Flores
Director of Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation
