A Dollar Tree sign posted above the mop sink stated “Never dispose of hazardous materials in the trash or down <br />the drain” (IMG 5840). Empty packs of GS Neutral Cleaner Concentrate were also found in a CB HW tote (IMG 5795-7). According to Marlene, these <br />packs are not sold in the facility, but rather ordered by the facility to clean the facility floor.
