When Marlene scanned the barcode on the box in which both items came in, the hand-held scanner indicated the entire package should <br />be placed in a STOU HW tote. However, ammonium hydroxide was listed as an ingredient in the cream hair color and hydrogen per oxide was listed as an <br />ingredient in the developer. According to the Dollar Tree Hazardous Material Management poster, items containing ammonium hydroxide ar e classified as <br />CB and items containing hydrogen peroxide are classified as OX. Marlene separated the cream hair color from the dev eloper, placed the cream hair color <br />in the CB HW tote, and placed the developer in the OX HW tote. (IMG 5851-57, 5862-3) <br />
