The containers <br />were: <br />- One 55 gallon container with used oil observed with no hazardous waste label found in the oil filter crushing area. <br />- Three 55 gallon containers with used absorbent observed with no hazardous waste labels found in the used oil <br />absorbent area. <br />Note: Operator states that the used absorbent is hauled off as hazardous waste. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br />words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br />(contents), accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
