S <br /> 1 2 4 Domestic Water Well Survey, Sampling and Analysis <br /> i <br /> On November 16, 2000, Ramage Environmental published Water Well Survey Addendum, which <br /> further identified domestic water wells in the site vicinity, and documented the results of sampling <br /> and analysis from 12 domestic water supply wells <br /> Ramage Environmental identified a total of 56 domestic water wells along Raylow Avenue and <br /> Mylnar Avenue, between East Yosemite Avenue to the south and North Street to the north <br /> Between September 12, and November 11, 2000, Ramage Environmental collected water <br /> samples from the 12 water supply wells located within 500 feet of the site Between June 5 and <br /> 26, 2002, Ramage Environmental re-sampled the four domestic water supply wells located within <br /> 200 feet of the site (Figure 3) To date, concentrations of gasoline compounds have not been <br /> detected in the on-site water supply well or any of the domestic wells <br /> 1 2 5 Monitorinq Well Installations and Cone Penetration Testing <br /> On January 10, 2001, Ramage Environmental published Environmental Site Investigation Report, <br /> which documented the drilling of four on-site cone penetration test (CPT) borings and the <br /> installation of four on-site groundwater monitoring wells On July 22, 2002, Ramage <br /> Environmental published Status Report, Cone Penetration Testing and Quarterly Groundwater <br /> Monitoring, which documented the drilling of three additional CPT borings Based on the CPT soil <br /> and groundwater sample analytical results, the lateral and vertical extent of MTBE appears to be <br /> defined The monitoring well and CPT boring locations are shown on Figures 2 and 3 <br /> On January 24, 2003, Ramage Environmental published Monitoring Well Installation and <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Report, Fourth Quarter 2002, which documented the installation of two <br /> additional groundwater table monitoring wells (MW-5 and MW-6) Based on the groundwater <br /> analytical results from the newly-installed monitoring wells, the lateral extent of impacted <br /> groundwater appeared to be defined on-site The locations of these wells are shown on Figure 3, <br /> the well construction details are included in Table 1, the cumulative groundwater analytical results <br /> for the monitoring well network are summarized in Table 2, and the MTBE concentrations in <br /> groundwater are shown in cross-section (Figure 4) <br /> 5 <br />
