This appears to be a violation of WDRs #88-208, 4(b), "condensate shall be. . .returned <br /> to the waste management unit(s) from which it came." <br /> The Austin Road Landfill Site was found in violation of five State laws and <br /> regulations. The site is currently operating under a N&O specifying terms and conditions of <br /> operation during the permit revision process. The site operator is correcting problems with <br /> "grading of fill surfaces" and "intermediate cover" and should be in compliance with these <br /> standards at the completion of the IGP (12/91) . The City of Stockton has submitted a <br /> Corrective Action Plan in regards to ''leachate control" to both the RWQCB and CIWMB. After <br /> a review of previous State Inspection Reports as well as LEA monthly SWIS reports, it is <br /> apparent that operations are improving at this site and are moving in the direction of full <br /> compliance with State Minimum Standards. <br /> Waste Management Special <br />
