Attached are the sign -in sheets from the
supplemental in-store training. The training was provided to store and district managers at the applicable
locations. The topics covered during the training are listed on the sign -in sheets, and the topics covered in both your
Inspection Reports, and my response to the same, were also covered during these trainings.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks,
Matt Williamson
Partner
Manatt, Phelps &Phillips, LLP
Park Tower
695 Town Center Drive, 14th Floor
Costa Mesa, CA 92626
D (714) 371-2538 C (310) 650-7811
MWilliamson@manatt.com
manatt.com
CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This e-mail transmission, and any documents, files or previous a -mail messages attached to it, may contain confidential information that is
legally privileged.
