The Project Engineer is Chris Peoples. The Principal Site Investigator is Curtis L. Waggoner, MNS. Curtis Waggoner will also serve as the Site Safety Officer (SSO) . The soil gas survey and performance will also be overseen by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department.
