The owner or operator of any hazardous waste management <br /> facility under consideration must have a RCRA permit <br /> tes and specific storage, treatment, <br /> applicable to specific was <br /> or disposal processes . <br /> 2. A RCRA compliance inspection must be performed at the off-site <br /> facility to receive investigation-derived hazardous wastes not <br /> more than six months before receiving such wastes. <br /> 3. Any. land disposal facility receiving investigation-derived <br /> hazardous wastes must meet RCRA minimum technical requirements <br /> per the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments of 1984. These <br /> technical requirements include ground water monitoring and <br /> liner and leachate collection system standards. <br />
