Return to Compliance Certification
Addendum
Violation # 608 - Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters.
Corrective Action
• We had the drained metal oil filter removed along with our accumulated hazardous waste
back on August 11, 2020. We submitted the waste manifest with the Return to
Compliance Certification package (see pages 21-22 of the RTC package)but the manifest
we originally submitted did not photocopy well and was a little faded. So, I have
included a better copy of the waste manifests following this page.
• I am also including an additional used oil pick-up manifest from August 10, 2020.
• Thank you for clarifying for me that the hazardous waste label was not needed for the
drained metal oil filter drum. The drained used metal oil filters are being removed as
hazardous recyclables and not hazardous waste.
• We now have only the "Drained Used Oil Filters" label on the drained used metal oil
filters drum (see picture below).
oaaNeo uso 1LfSR
O{L&GASOLIHEffe oii
Mtasicas Vanay
60'132-4645
`GRAINED
i USED OIL 0
FILIFRS ,
If you need any further information, please feel free to contact me.
Respectfully,
Nick Adams
Con-Fab California LLC
Lathrop Plant Manager
2 1 P a g e
