Time In: 12:35 pm <br /> Time Out: 1:10 om <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: TARGET T0313 Date: 06/09/2020 <br /> Address: 4707 PACIFIC AVE, STOCKTON 95207 <br /> Owner/Operator: TARGET CORPORATION Telephone: (209)476-8081 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00051966 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE RESTROOMS IN THIS FACILITY ARE EXTREMELY UNSANITARY. COMPLAINANT <br /> ALLEGES THERE IS URINE ALL OVER THE FLOORS AND NO TOILET PAPER IN THE STALLS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to store manager who stated that they are constantly having problems with the rest rooms due to the transients in this <br /> area. Just yesterday they had to close down the customer rest rooms because a person stole clothing from store and flushed <br /> their old clothes down a toilet.This resulted in both the ladies and mens rest room with drainage issues. The problem was <br /> resolved after the piece of clothing was"snaked"out. Manager does not know the reason of why rest rooms were dirty on <br /> 05/19/20.They check on their rest rooms hourly. Month of May rest room log was not available at time of inspection. <br /> Observations:All customer rest rooms were clean and well stock with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and hand <br /> blowers.
