Close off wall opening until <br />the urinal is replaced. <br />The floor in the kitchen (behind the two chest freezers) has debris. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable.
