THEY STILL HAVE FOOD ON THEM AFTER AN EMPLOYEE WIPES THEM OFF. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to co-owner who was not aware of this complaint. He stated that they currently practice social distancing. I also spoke <br /> to owner Thi Kim over the phone and explained requirements. <br /> Observation: Sign on entrance door reminds customers on 6 feet social distancing requirement. Most customers are seated 6 <br /> feet apart at time of inspection. Two tables with customers are about 4 feet apart. Employees in kitchen that are working close <br /> together-not all of them have masks.Tables look clean. <br /> Correction: Read manual with COVID-19 guidelines.All customers shall be 6 feet apart from edge of chairs. If employees are <br /> working less than 6 feet apart,they need to wear masks.
