The drawer area not working). Units have 2 separate compressors. <br />The 1 door prep cooler at waitress is out of service and cooks are only using the top section of the 4 drawer prep coolers at <br />cooks line. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
