The following findings were observed and noted: <br /> 1) Upon inspection all gates leading to the wastewater plant were secure and <br /> locked. <br /> 2) No odors were detected in or around the wastewater plant. <br /> 3) The area(s) surrounding the plant were free of weeds, debri or other items <br /> unrelated to the maintenance and operations of the facility. <br /> 4) Aerators and blowers at the primary tanks were operating efficiently. The f <br /> ponds were clear. Water levels were acceptable. ' <br /> 5) Effluent and clarity of the wastewater was within normal parameters..Effluent <br /> was clear at distribution box leading to the seepage pits within the sewage <br /> disposal field. <br />
