The gate leading into the wastewater treatment plant located at the southeast side
entrance to the facility was locked and secured upon inspection this date February 18,
2011. Entrance was gained at the southeast gate. It was noted and observed that the
south main PG&E easement gate was secured and locked. The yard area(s) were free of debris and appeared to be well maintained.
3. Weeds throughout the facility require minimal abatement. Maintain weed control on a
routine basis. Correct on a continuous basis.
4. Meters have been installed and are being maintained to monitor effluent at outlet
valves to measure amounts of effluent being discharged into the series of aerators.
Seepage pits were added to the plant and the systems are alternated on a routine
basis between the old and new pits. There are a series of three valves which
distribute effluent through the valves to a sequence of leach fields. The leach field
distribution is switched on a routine basis.
1
