All waste activated <br /> sludge was aerobically digested and decanted to reduce volume and stored until tanks are full. <br /> ExceptionsNiolations <br /> No exceptions for April. <br /> Calibration Log <br /> Shadow Lake does not use any analytical instruments that require calibration for the reporting of <br /> waste discharge requirements. All analysis is performed by a certified laboratory. <br /> Effluent flow meter was calibrated on March 12, 2012 by Cooper Controls, Inc. of Acampo, CA. . <br /> "I certify under penalty of law that 1 have personally examined and am familiar with the <br /> information submitted in this document and all attachments and that, based on my inquiry of the <br /> those individuals immediately responsible for obtaining the information, I believe that the <br /> information is true, accurate, and complete.
