The following was observed and noted upon inspection: <br /> 1. The gate was locked upon inspection. <br /> 2. No odors were detected within plant area(s) and perimeter(s). <br /> 3. At the main distribution box it was observed that two outlets directed to seepage pit <br /> area(s) to the east, installed under Permit#71-598 were blocked at the main junction. <br /> The pits do not appear to be in use at this time. Pictures taken. <br /> 5. Weeds were observed at the aeration basin. Maintain weed control in this area. <br /> Waste water treatment plant area(s) appeared to have weeds and equipment <br /> or other items non-related to the daily operation and maintenance of the <br /> plant. Continue to maintain all area(s). Items unrelated to operation and <br /> maintenance of the plant shall not be stored within plant area(s), e.g.; vehicles, <br /> boats and recreational vehicles due to potential encroachment to sewage <br /> disposal areas(s). It was observed and noted that the majority of the vehicles <br /> and boats had been removed from the last inspection. Pictures taken. <br /> 6. The waste water treatment plant currently services forty-one (41) to forty-two <br /> units on the average. The tanks are to be pumped of solids on a regular basis. The <br /> plant is monitored on a regular basis by Tom McCoy, OMIT, of Qualify Service, Inc. <br /> I <br />
