Since, Tom
McCoy of Quality Service, is the CDO for this facility, any recommendations should be made with his oversight
as well. Any submittals for additions to the WWTP shall be submitted separately with fees for review and
approval. The WWTP is currently operating within the SJC Onsite Sewage Disposal Standards at this time.
The EHD will not make any recommendations. Should issues arise, it is the responsibility of the CDO to keep
the EHD apprised through submittal of Operation & Maintenance records, along with the analytical waste
water testing constituents for review. I am
including a sketch of what I think will help to not only give the solids and floaters more time to be digested at our
facility, but also to eliminate the possibilities of any further transport of solid materials to the leach fields.
Please let me know your thoughts. After Tuesday, I can be reached at 907-790-4452.
Thanks
Dewey
7/18/2011
