Main St., <br /> Stockton,CA. 95202-2708 <br /> RE: 2nd Quarter 2012 Septic Tank Monitoring <br /> Commercial Septic Permit #SR0033926 <br /> Dear Mr.Tasiopoulos, <br /> Enclosed please find the most recent analytical results for sampling of Musco Family <br /> Olive Company's commercial septic system. <br /> Analytical Results <br /> The TDS ranged from 1,630— 1,920 ppm in the 2nd quarter of 2012. TSS ranged 24 - <br /> 150 ppm. The BOD ranged from 86.9—323 ppm. Sodium levels remained moderate at <br /> 415 - 481 ppm. Nitrate nitrogen levels ranged 0.3-0.5 ppm.Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen <br /> ranged from 97 - 179 ppm. Total Organic Carbon (TOC) also maintained moderate <br /> levels of 28—81 ppm. Please note that the monitoring requirements request that <br /> carbonaceous biological oxygen demand (C.B.O.D.) be one of the analytical parameters <br /> but with approval of EHD,we have substituted total organic carbon (T.O.C.) for <br /> C.B.O.D.
