Alternatively, if efforts to connect to the Manteca municipal sewer system are <br /> unsuccessful, OLWD will proceed with construction of a new membrane bioreactor <br /> facility designed for a monthly average flow of 113,200 gpd. The cost of the new <br /> membrane bioreactor facility would be shared between OLWD and Oakwood LT <br /> Ventures 11 (Lafferty), the developer of the Oakwood Shores Subdivision. OLWD will <br /> continue to work with the responsible parties identify and repair sources of 1/1 into the <br /> WWTF. <br /> 14.
