COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT WHEN THEY OPENED THE CHICKEN LEGS,THEY NOTICED THEY <br /> WERE GREEN IN COLOR AND THEY WERE MOLDY." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Store Director is on site and is aware of the complaint. Store Director states that the complaint was regarding chicken feet <br /> (not chicken legs)and that the customer has been refunded/given a store credit for the product. <br /> Chicken feet are received both fresh and frozen (mostly received frozen). Chicken feet are distributed by Pacific Agri-Products <br /> (Gambick Farms). Chicken feet are sold by weight at the meat counter. Last shipment received 8-21-20. <br /> Two chicken feet and one chicken leg were cut open this date to inspect product. No mold or green color was observed this <br /> date.
