<br /> Linoleum floors are in disrepair. Several floor areas are now bare concrete.This is a repeat violation for several years.
<br /> Sections at food prep and in walk in cooler shall be either completely replaced or patched up. Correct, immediately.
<br /> One ceiling tile has a hole.This is a repeat violation for several years. It shall be immediately replaced. New tile shall be vinyl
