XIV. MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE PROGRAM <br /> HETI personnel and subcontractors engaged in field operations shall be participants in <br /> their company Medical Surveillance program, and must be cleared by the examining <br /> physician(s) to wear respiratory protection devices and protective clothing for working <br /> with hazardous materials The applicable requirements under California <br /> Administrative Code (CAC) Title 8, Section 5216, which is available at th HETI office <br /> for review, shall be observed Project-specific medical surveillance is is not <br /> required ' <br /> XV.
