INCI <br /> • <br /> GETTLER - RYAN <br /> �► <br /> CLOSURE REPORT <br /> at <br /> Chevron Service Station #9-1848 <br /> 1257 Yosemite Avenue <br /> Manteca, California <br /> Report No 346392 02 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Chevron Products Company (Chevron), Gettler-Ryan Inc (GR) has prepared <br /> this report requesting regulatory closure for Chevron Station#9-1848 located at 1257 Yosemite <br /> Avenue in Manteca, California This Closure Report presents the data requested in the <br /> Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations For Preliminary Investigation And Evaluation of <br /> Underground Tank Sites, Appendix B, Request For Closure, dated March 1, 1994 <br /> Site Descn tion <br /> The site is an active seivice station located north of State Route 120 (Yosemite Avenue) in <br /> Manteca, Calitornia The current facilities consist of a station building, two dispenser <br /> islands, and three underground storage tanks (USTs) that share a common pit near the east <br /> boundary of the subject site The topography in the vicinity is flat tying at an elevation oI <br /> approximately 27 feet above mean sea level (MSL) Locations of pertinent site features are <br /> shown on Figure 2 <br /> SUrvf MARY OF ENVIRONMENTAL WORD <br /> Locations of the former UST excavations, groundwater monitoring wells, and soil boring <br /> locations are shown on Figure 2 Soil chemical analytical data are summarized in Appendix <br /> A Historical groundwater monitoring and chemical analytical data are summarized in <br /> Appendix B A chronological synopsis of environmental investigations and remedial activities <br /> performed at the site is presented below <br /> 0 In .Tune 1991, GeoStrategies Inc.
