Hi Elianna, The violations noted on the Inspection Report dated 7/31/2020 for Ross Store#0035 have been completed. Violation . Store associates were trained on 8/18/20. Training included labeling, storage, handling of hazardous waste and emergency response procedures. We have reviewed the hazardous waste segregation and characterization process with our Store Manager. Our current process is to characterize and segregate hazardous waste generated into the designated hazardous waste accumulation bins daily.The store manager has discussed with the team to ensure we maintain our processes to meet the hazardous waste generator compliance requirements. Please see the attached copy of Associate Training Sign-Off sheet. Violation. Emergency information and Contingency plan has been completed/posted next to the telephone. Violation: Please see the attached copies of signed designated facility Hazardous Waste Manifest. Copies of these Hazardous Waste Manifest are also available at the store, located in the hazardous waste binder.
