E <br /> 2 <br /> soil vapor survey and the proposed well locations were presented in Canonle's <br /> September 1992 Soil Vapor Survey Letter Report (Soil Vapor Survey Report), which <br /> is provided in Appendix B The Soil Vapor Survey Report also contains a summary of <br /> the analytical results from the UST removals and a figure showing the location of the <br /> �} soil samples (Figure 2, Appendix B) During drilling activities conducted in October <br /> 1992, soil samples were collected from borings to assist in determining the lateral and <br /> vertical extent of the VOCs in the soils, and monitoring wells were installed to <br /> determine the extent of any ground water contamination and establish the ground <br /> } water gradient Soil vapor extraction wells were also installed ,n several of the <br /> borings for future site remediation activities As requested by the County FHD, a <br /> ground water sample from Monitoring Well W-5 was also analyzed for coliform <br /> bacteria because of its proximity to the Site sewage system The locations of the <br /> completed monitoring/extraction and soil vapor extraction wells are shown on <br /> Figure 2 <br /> PUW 191 63CREPORMSITE ASSUJIANTECAWANTECA RPT fApr 26 931 CanoWeEnvironmental <br />
