Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> (209) 468-3420 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> Notice is hereby given that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 1.434 W Yosemite in. the County of San Joaquin (APN 243-040-39-1) <br /> has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) The plan is a proposal <br /> for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site <br /> due to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage <br /> tanks (UST) which were located on the property <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan as an compliance with local , State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan as available for public review at the <br /> Manteca Public Library, at 320 W.
