' test and compliance demonstration anon period The PTO will establish monitoring parameters and <br />' emission discharge limits that are derived using risk-based parameters <br />' 4.0 PROJECTSCHEDULE <br />' Upon approval of the Final Remedial Plan and the appropriate permits, the vapor extraction system <br /> installation will commence and will take approximately 2 weeks to complete Start-up of the vapor <br />' extraction system is projected to commence in November, 1994 The vapor extraction system is <br /> anticipated to operate for approximately one year <br /> 5.0 LONG TERM MONITORING <br />' Long-term monitoring of the remedial system will include continued quarterly groundwater <br /> sampling as well as monthly monitoring of the vapor extraction system This frequency will <br /> continue in order to allow monitoring of the extraction system progress Groundwater and vapor <br /> samples will be analyzed for TPHg and BTEX <br /> It is anticipated that the air permit will require testing of the influent and effluent vapor <br /> concentrations once a week for the first month and monthly thereafter The TPHg concentrations <br /> will be obtained with a flame ionization detector or equivilent device from the off-gas treatment <br />' system and individual extraction vents The exact monitoring frequency required will be dictated <br /> in the PTO issued by the SJAPCD Quarterly reports which include the groundwater and vapor <br /> extraction system results will be submitted to the San Joaquin Public Health Services, SJAPCD, and <br /> the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region <br /> I <br /> TOC W4 Elie ACO <br /> 8 <br /> Noo1152�11 til It <br /> Avpust 26 1941 <br /> E <br />
