I will close the violation for failure to determine. Once the shop
guys have received training, go ahead and submit a record of training to me. Please include the topics covered and the
names and titles of the persons receiving the training. Once I have received proof of training, I can close this violations as
well. As always, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me (209) 468-3562.

Best,

Christine Lawrence

From: R and J Dondero Inc <rjdonderoinc@msn.com>
Sent: Wednesday, September 25, 2019 10:52 AM
To: Christine Lawrence <clawrence@sjgov.org>
Subject: Re: Training and Barrels

Hi Christine,
I am so sorry that I am not getting everything in to you all in onetime. I am sending you all the pictures of the
containers again. We now have the waste oil container, (hazardous), the spilled oil container, (hazardous),
and the metal shavings container, also hazardous.
As for the trainings I didn't realize when I scheduled that with Gary that we were starting walnuts, and our
shop guys are also our key walnut guys including Vince so they all missed the training. I have already spoke to
Gary and as soon as we are through with walnuts, which should be the end of October or early November he
will come back out and train those guys that missed this training. Again I am sorry for our lack of
communication out here.
Thank you,
Cindy

From: Christine Lawrence <clawrence@sjgov.org>
Sent: Monday, September 23, 2019 8:33 AM
To: R and J Dondero Inc <rjdonderoinc@msn.com>
Subject: RE: Training and Barrels

Thank you Cindy.

The photo you sent me is of the spill kit that is used to clean up spills. Where is the spill clean-up going? When I was
there for the inspection, I did not observed an oily solids container. If the spill clean up is being disposed of as hazardous
waste, what container is it going into?

Also, I did not see the names of the mechanics on the hazardous waste training. Specifically Vince. Can you explain why
he did not receive training? Employees that handle hazardous waste must be thoroughly familiar with proper waste
