2

I have closed two of four violations from the hazardous waste inspection. The remaining open violations are:
1) Failed to determine if waste is a hazardous waste
NEED: 1) Analytical test results showing the metal grindings are non-hazardous, or other approved hazardous
waste determination for the metal OR recycle the metal as scrap metal and show proof to EHD. 2) Proof that the
oil spilled is non-hazardous, via testing or Safety Data Sheet or other approved method and explanation of what
the oil is used for and why it spilled.
2) Failed to train employees on waste handling and emergency procedures
NEED: Provide training for employees and provide record of training to EHD
** Important** Make sure to LABEL the tank with the accumulation start date on the first date oil is added to the
used oil tank. Failure to do so may result in another violation.

Let me know when these corrections have been made.
