On July 15, 2020, Apex identified
what appeared to be a motor oil spill in Drop Inlet#5. Apex inspected the downstream stormwater
catch basins to determine the extent of the spill. The waste was handled as Non-RCRA
Hazardous Waste and sent to California Oil Transfer, LLC located at 5300 Claus Road in
Modesto, CA.
Site photographs during the spill cleanup are included as Attachment A.
A Site Map identifying all inlets, manhole structures, and storm pipe locations is included as
Attachment B.
The Waste Manifest is included as Attachment C.
Apex Companies,LLC• 15850 Crabbs Branch Way,Suite 200•Rockville,MD 20855•T 301.417.0200•F 301.975.0169•apexcos.com
