The spill traveled through Drop Inlet#7 and reached its endpoint at Curb Inlet#7. <br /> Apex did not inform the store or the home office of this spill at the time, nor was it reported to the EHD or CalOES Warning Center. <br /> Apex mobilized a vactor truck and a hydro-jetting truck to the site on July 24,2020 to clean the impacted catch basins and stormwater pipe. <br /> Apex hydro-jetted and vacuumed approximately 200 linear feet of storm pipe and the interiors of Drop Inlet#5,Drop Inlet#7,and Curb Inlet#7. <br /> 500 gallons of liquid waste was transported offsite for disposal.The waste was handled as Non-RCRA Hazardous Waste and sent to California <br /> Oil Transfer,LLC located at 5300 Claus Road in Modesto,CA. <br /> A compliance report was submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department via email August 4,2020. <br /> Apex has: <br /> 1.Reviewed the Walmart Stormwater Maintenance Program Scope of Work,section 17. Emergency Service Requirements that details <br /> requirements for spill reporting with staff involved and will discuss this during our routine Response Management and Compliance Service <br /> team call. <br /> 2.Staff have been refreshed of Apex's policy that all spills be treated with the highest priority(immediate reporting to Walmart, <br /> booming to prevent migration to sensitive areas,reporting to agencies after consultation with Walmart,implementation of remediation efforts, <br /> regular updates on remediation efforts,and closure of the incident as quickly and professionally as possible). <br /> 3.Overview of State and Federal reportable quantities and reporting requirements along with who are Apex subject matter experts that can <br /> support reporting efforts. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> Rev.8/27/2019 <br /> 1868 E.
