Environmental Health Department <br />Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />April 30, 2019 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 3131 N WILSON WAY, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> ROBLES AUTO REPAIR <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br />equipment. <br />Eyewash located at the facility is not working. <br />All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination <br />equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of <br />emergency. Immediately begin this practice. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br />There were two open containers of drained used oil filters without an accumulation start date. <br />Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as “drained used oil <br />filters,” and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately close containers of used oil filter and ensure that all <br />used oil filters are managed in this way. <br />Facilities that generate up to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one year. Facilities that <br />generate one ton or more of used oil filters may store the filters for up to 180 days. Immediately recycle these filters <br />under a bill of lading and submit a copy of the bill of lading to the EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by May 30, 2019. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
