Describe any vegetation on-site by type and extent: Site is all gravel or pavement surfacing. Only a few small trees are located near Bethany Road. TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORTATION Describe the amount and type of traffic that will be generated by the project: Only a minor increase in traffic will be generated by this project See attached traffic study for details. Water will be used to control construction related dust. They appear to be a mostly abandon rail spur to Tracy. Describe any on-site or off-site sources of light or glare(e.g.,parking lot lighting,or reflective materials used): Site currently has existing building,parking,and yard lighting. The Project will some new ouside lighting Describe any on-site or off-site source of odor(e.g.,agricultural wastes): None Known Describe any displacement of people that will be caused by the project(e.g.,numbers of people,housing units): The Project will not displace any people.
