Other <br /> requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1) Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be <br /> in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /> Note: The Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received the will serve letter from <br /> the City of Stockton Department of Municipal Utilities; the letter will expire May 30, 2021. <br /> 2) The proposed project will connect to the Stockton 99 Speedway Water System (3901242). <br /> The project can install a new public water source (well) or physically connect to the existing <br /> well at the Stockton 99 Speedway. The connection to the water system needs to use only <br /> NSF 61 approved equipment and piping. Provide a schematic of the proposed changes to <br /> the water system as part of the permit amendment for Stockton 99 Speedway Small Public <br /> Water System (SPWS) at time of application. The permit amendment for the SPWS can take <br /> up to 180 days. The permit amendment must be completed prior to occupancy. Please <br /> contact Robert McClellon, Program Coordinator REHS at (209) 468-0332 for details. <br /> a) The well shall be constructed in order to meet Public Water well standards. <br /> 3) Submit two (2) hardcopy sets, or one (1) electronic version, of food facility plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building <br /> permit(s) (California Retail Food Code, Article 1, 114380). The fee will be based on the <br /> current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> 4) A valid permit from EHD is required prior to operating food facility (California Retail Food <br /> Code, Chapter 13, Article 1, Section 14381). <br /> 5) The applicant shall contact the public sewer provider regarding the requirements for the <br /> installation of an oil and sand separation system. <br /> 1868 E.
