The first use is legalize the construction of a 507-square-foot atltlition to an existing non- conforming residence in the 1-G (General Intlustrial)zone, legalize the construction of a 378-square-foot guest cottage, and legalize a 324-square-foot coveretl cabana.The second use is[o establish a tow yartl and legalize the construction of a 7,728-square-foot shop builtling. Th¢project will ba served by an on-site well, on-site sewage disposal system, and on- site storm tlrainage. The project site has direct access from South Hanson Road. San Joaquin County is a signatory to San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation antl Open Space Plan (SJMSCP).
