The existing surface and subsurface contamination report is older than six months old. <br /> Review the initial report and if there have been no changes, note that and submit the updated <br /> report to EHD with the new update. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 905.12). <br /> 2. Environmental Health Department has received and approved Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br /> Loading (SSNL) study contamination report, dated March 27, 2019, (SR0080377), prepared <br /> pursuant to San Joaquin County Developmental Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)) by Dillon & <br /> Murphy Engineering. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> 3. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> 5. The existing private water well located on the proposed parcel one shall be either tested for <br /> nitrates and DBCP with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department or <br /> destroyed under Environmental Health Department permit and inspection prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7 & 9-1115.5(e). <br /> 6. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 1868 E.
